SLEEP TRAINING FOR INFANTS
Sleep training for infants: Raising a child is both a challenging and rewarding experience. Through my work with parents and a personal experience I have learned that many parents struggle to teach their infants the skill of sound sleep. Teaching your children to sleep is a gift that will allow them to sooth themselves and also support their emotional, cognitive and social development. As a parent, sleep will allow you to be calm and energized and it will have a positive impact on the quality of your interactions with your child.

I take a pragmatic and humane approach to sleep training that will respect both you and your child. This service is available to families with an infant/infants as old as 12 months.

I strongly encourage parents to schedule the first consultation before your infant reaches three months so we can collaborate in creating a strong foundation for sleep training that will start at about this age.
